Have you ever been confused and frustrated about health, nutrition, and stubborn weight?
Do you find yourself asking, “What should I be eating?” “Is my diet healthy?” “I’m eating healthy, why won’t this weight come off!?” “Why do I become bloated and gassy after eating vegetables?”
I know. I’ve been there.
I’ve asked those questions, felt that confusion and frustration, and struggled with all those symptoms.
There IS an Answer.
What if you could discover what foods your body thrives or dies on? What if you could release that excess weight, feel energetic again, and improve or eliminate your chronic health conditions?
Everyone claims to have found the “perfect diet.” Your neighbor lost 30 pounds on the ketogenic diet, but your best friend swears by a vegan diet. The media doesn’t help either. They report on the positive and negative effects of different diets and foods on a daily basis.
Navigating and interpreting all the diet, health, and nutrition is difficult, especially when you include all the modern-day food choices. Hippocrates once said, “Food is Medicine,” but in today’s world, not all food can be considered “medicine.”
Find your way back to health.
Even healthy, plant based foods, such as wheat, quinoa, or asparagus may harm one person yet heal another.
Every person is unique, their own “bio-individuality.” The diet that works for you is very individualized and may change over time as you age, go through different experiences, or even as the seasons change.
Hippocrates had it right thousands of years ago when he said, “Death begins in the bowels.” The health of the gut is a great indicator of total body health. Optimal digestion and the ability to assimilate nutrients in the gut is central to overall wellness. Nutrients from food are much like the spokes of a wheel—if one spoke is missing, the wagon limps along until other parts compensate for the missing spoke. Eventually, the other spokes, axels, and wagon wheel start to break down. In our bodies, that break down shows up as unpleasant symptoms and disease.
If you are suffering from any of these symptoms or diseases, your body is not functioning optimally and may be missing important nutrients for total wellness.
